The Sharp LQ104V1DG81 is a 10.4-inch color TFT-LCD module built using amorphous silicon technology, widely used in industrial, medical, and embedded systems. It features a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels (VGA) with a 4:3 aspect ratio, delivering clear and stable image quality suitable for control panels and legacy display systems. The panel operates in normally white, transmissive mode with RGB vertical stripe configuration and supports up to 262K colors (6-bit) for consistent color reproduction.

In terms of optical performance, the display provides a brightness of approximately 400–450 cd/m² and a contrast ratio around 300–400:1, along with an anti-glare hard-coated surface that improves visibility in bright environments. The viewing direction is optimized for the 6 o’clock direction, making it suitable for front-facing installations.

The module uses a parallel RGB (TTL) interface with a 31-pin connector and operates with a typical logic voltage of 3.3V. It also integrates a white LED backlight with built-in driver, providing improved energy efficiency and a long lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, making it ideal for continuous operation.

Mechanically, the panel has dimensions of approximately 246.5 × 179.3 × 12.5 mm, with an active display area of about 211.2 × 158.4 mm. It supports operation in a wide temperature range of –30°C to +80°C, ensuring durability in harsh industrial environments.
