TIANMA TM035KDH02

The Tianma TM035KDH02 is a compact 3.5-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module built for applications requiring reliable display quality in a small form factor. It provides a 320(RGB) × 240 QVGA resolution with a 4:3 aspect ratio and a pixel density of approximately 115 PPI, making it suitable for industrial HMIs, medical devices, handheld terminals, portable instruments, digital cameras, and embedded systems. The active display area measures 70.08 × 52.56 mm within an overall module size of 76.9 × 63.9 mm.

The display uses TN, Normally White, Transmissive technology and supports up to 16.7 million colors through RGB vertical stripe pixel arrangement. It offers a brightness range of 200 to 350 cd/m² and a contrast ratio between 350:1 and 500:1, ensuring clear visibility and good readability across different lighting conditions. The anti-glare surface treatment further reduces reflections and improves usability in industrial environments.

The TM035KDH02 includes a WLED backlight system with 6 LEDs in series and supports digital RGB 8/24-bit, SPI, and CCIR601/656 interface options through a 54-pin FPC connector. It operates on a typical 3.3V power supply and supports operating temperatures from -20°C to 70°C, with storage temperatures from -30°C to 80°C.
