The Hitachi SP14Q006 is a durable 5.7-inch FSTN-LCD module built for industrial and professional environments where reliable monochrome display performance is required. It provides a 320 × 240 pixel QVGA resolution with a 4:3 aspect ratio, delivering clear text, graphics, menus, and status information for control systems, industrial machinery, and embedded devices. The active display area measures 115.185 × 86.385 mm within an overall module size of 167 × 109 × 10 mm, making it suitable for compact installations.

The module uses STN black-and-white transflective technology, which improves visibility in both low-light and ambient-light environments. Its antiglare surface treatment helps reduce reflections, while the WLED backlight provides long-lasting illumination with an expected service life of up to 40,000 hours. The display typically offers 60 cd/m² brightness, a 5:1 contrast ratio, and viewing angles of 45/45/40/40 degrees, making it well suited for front-facing industrial applications.
