The Innolux AT070TN94 is a 7-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module designed for industrial, automotive, and embedded display systems. It features a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels with a 16:9 aspect ratio, providing clear and stable visuals for graphical interfaces and multimedia display. The panel operates in TN (Twisted Nematic), normally white, transmissive mode, supporting 262K to 16.7 million colors, ensuring reliable image quality.

In terms of optical performance, the display delivers a typical brightness of around 400 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of approximately 500:1, making it suitable for indoor and semi-bright environments. It offers viewing angles of about 70/70/50/70 (left/right/up/down) and includes an anti-glare surface for better readability.
