HITACHI SP14Q002

The Hitachi SP14Q002 is a high-quality 5.7-inch FSTN-LCD module built for industrial and professional applications that require stable monochrome display performance. With a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels in QVGA format, this module provides clear text, graphics, menus, and operational data for industrial control panels, medical instruments, factory automation systems, and test equipment.

This display uses STN black-and-white negative transmissive technology, producing strong monochrome contrast and clear readability in controlled lighting environments. The module features a brightness of approximately 80 cd/m² and a typical contrast ratio of 20:1. Its 6 o’clock viewing direction and 40° viewing angle make it suitable for front-facing industrial installations.

The SP14Q002 includes a single CCFL edge-light backlight system with a typical service life of 20,000 hours. It uses a 14-pin FPC parallel data interface with 4-bit communication support and operates on a typical 5.0V power supply. The display also supports an LCD driving voltage of approximately -22V for stable monochrome operation.
