The AUO G101STN01.0 is a 10.1-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module built for industrial and embedded systems. It features a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels (WSVGA) with a 16:9 aspect ratio, delivering clear and stable image quality suitable for HMI interfaces, control panels, and embedded displays. The panel operates in TN (Twisted Nematic), normally white, transmissive mode and supports 262K to 16.7 million colors (6-bit / 8-bit with dithering) for consistent visual output.

In terms of optical performance, the display provides a typical brightness of around 250 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of approximately 500:1, ensuring good readability in indoor environments. It offers viewing angles of about 70/70/60/60 (left/right/up/down) and a fast response time (~7–9 ms), making it suitable for real-time display applications.

The module uses a 1-channel LVDS interface (40-pin connector) with a typical operating voltage of 3.3V, enabling stable, low-noise signal transmission and easy integration with embedded systems. It includes a white LED (WLED) backlight with built-in driver, offering a lifespan of around 15,000 hours, ensuring long-term reliability.

Mechanically, the panel has compact dimensions of approximately 235 × 143 × 5.2 mm, with an active display area of 222.72 × 125.28 mm. It features an anti-glare hard-coated surface, improving visibility and durability. The operating temperature range is typically –10°C to +60°C (storage: –30°C to +70°C), making it suitable for industrial environments.
