he Innolux EJ080NA-05B is an 8-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module widely used in industrial and multimedia embedded systems. It features a resolution of 800 × 600 pixels (SVGA) with a 4:3 aspect ratio, delivering clear and consistent image quality suitable for control panels, portable devices, and digital displays. The panel operates in TN (Twisted Nematic), normally white, transmissive mode, with RGB vertical stripe configuration and support for up to 262K–16.7M colors, ensuring stable visual performance.

In terms of optical performance, the display provides a typical brightness of around 250–300 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of approximately 500:1, along with viewing angles of about 70/70/50/70 (left/right/up/down). It also features an anti-glare (matte) surface, improving readability under bright lighting conditions.

The module uses a parallel RGB (1-channel, 6/8-bit) interface with a 50-pin FPC connector and operates at typical logic voltages around 3.3V, making it compatible with a wide range of embedded controllers. It incorporates a white LED (WLED) backlight system with a lifespan of around 20,000 hours, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term reliability.

Mechanically, the display has dimensions of approximately 183 × 141 × 5.6 mm, with an active display area of about 162 × 121.5 mm, making it compact and easy to integrate into various devices. It supports an operating temperature range of –20°C to +70°C (storage: –30°C to +80°C), allowing reliable use in industrial environments.
