The Sharp LQ104V1DG61 is a 10.4-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module designed for industrial and embedded systems requiring high reliability and long-term performance. It features a 640 × 480 pixel (VGA) resolution with a 4:3 aspect ratio, delivering clear and stable image quality for control panels, HMI systems, and legacy equipment. The panel operates in TN (Twisted Nematic), normally white, transmissive mode and supports 262K colors (6-bit) for consistent visual output.

In terms of optical performance, the display provides a typical brightness of around 450 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of approximately 600:1, ensuring good readability even in bright industrial environments. It also features an anti-glare, hard-coated surface, which reduces reflections and improves durability. Viewing angles are about 70/70/50/60 (left/right/up/down), suitable for front-facing applications.

The module uses a parallel RGB (TTL) interface (1-channel, 6-bit) with a 31-pin connector and operates at a typical voltage of 3.3V–5V, allowing easy integration with embedded controllers. It is equipped with a dual CCFL backlight system with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, ensuring long-term reliability in continuous operation environments.

Mechanically, the display has dimensions of approximately 246.5 × 179.4 × 13.7 mm, with an active display area of 211.2 × 158.4 mm. It supports wide temperature operation from –30°C to +80°C, making it highly suitable for harsh industrial conditions.
