The Optrex T-51750GD065J-FW-ADN is a premium-grade 6.5-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module engineered for industrial and commercial display applications. Featuring a VGA resolution of 640(RGB) × 480 pixels and a pixel density of 122 PPI, this display delivers clear text, sharp graphics, and reliable color reproduction. It supports up to 262K colors and uses RGB vertical stripe technology for enhanced image quality.

This module operates in TN, Normally White, Transmissive mode and includes a dual CCFL backlight system capable of delivering a typical brightness of 400 cd/m² with a contrast ratio of 300:1. The anti-glare surface treatment helps reduce reflections and improves visibility under different lighting conditions. Its 6 o’clock viewing direction and wide viewing angles make it suitable for industrial operator panels and embedded systems.

The display uses a 31-pin Parallel RGB interface with support for both 3.3V and 5V power input, providing flexibility for integration into different electronic systems. It is designed to operate in harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25°C to 75°C and a storage range of -25°C to 85°C.
