The PE LW700AT6005 is a compact 7-inch a-Si TFT-LCD display module engineered for applications where clear image quality, low-profile construction, and reliable performance are important. It offers an 800 × 480 WVGA resolution with a 15:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of approximately 133 PPI, making it suitable for portable DVD players, MP4 devices, digital photo frames, video door phones, and industrial embedded systems. The active display area measures 152.4 × 91.44 mm within an overall module size of 160 × 102.3 × 1.43 mm.

The display uses TN, Normally White, Transmissive technology with RGB vertical stripe pixel arrangement and supports up to 262K colors. It provides a 400:1 contrast ratio with viewing angles of 70/70/60/60 degrees, helping maintain clear image visibility across different viewing positions. The module also includes an anti-glare matte surface that reduces reflections and improves readability in indoor lighting conditions.

The LW700AT6005 is supplied as a display cell without an integrated backlight, allowing manufacturers to pair it with custom backlight solutions based on project requirements. It uses a TTL 1-channel 6-bit Parallel RGB interface with 30-pin or 60-pin FPC connectivity depending on the configuration.
